1. Data Controller

The data controller is Magic Story Show Restaurant, Log 12b, 4280 Kranjska Gora, Slovenia.

2. What Data We Collect

Through the reservation form we collect only the data you enter yourself: full name, email address and/or phone number, number of guests, your preferred date and time, and an optional message. We do not collect or buy any other data about you.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange your reservation. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form, or the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising unless you give us separate, explicit consent to do so.

4. Processors and Data Transfers

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

• Bistri sistemi, who run the enquiry form. A submitted message passes through their server, which forwards it to our email address.
• NEOSERV, website hosting. Server logs may temporarily record your IP address, browser type, and time of visit.
• Google Maps, the map is loaded only once you allow it. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies of its own.

5. Data Retention

We keep enquiries for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (accounting rules, for example).

6. Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We store a single value in your browser (ms-piskotki-v1) so that the cookie notice is not shown to you again. The embedded Google map may set cookies of its own when it loads.

7. Your Rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to our email address. If you believe your rights have been breached, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana.

8. Security

The site runs exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the enquiries we receive is limited to the people who handle reservations.
